Oh my God I have listened to all the CD's now, and I have to tell you I feel Great!! recently I wrote a forgiveness letter to My Father who passed over in 1979 for years the abuse I suffered when I was a child until he died when I was 21 it has haunted me all these years, I am now 50 but after writing that letter I still wasnt sure if I really had let it all go. And after doing your meditation I know for sure that I have moved on I feel fantastic Thank you so much !! I dont ever remember feeling this good. I'd like to say that I tried the Core Energy Technique while I was on a walk with my dog. I've studied NLP by Anthony Robbins and Richard Bandler, so when the question about "where is the feeling in your body that is associated with your hurt," I could find it easily. I enjoyed the visualizations. I decided to focus on some achy muscles in my lower back due to an unusually intense workout Wed. I put your CET at the front of a podcast playlist. I did it, then forgot about it as I listened to the other programs and went along my way. Not until I walked the dog this evening did I realize I hadn't had the ache since this morning!

I sent an email earlier this morning thanking you and Matt, but did not tell about my experience in using the Core Energy Technique.Anyway, I used it last night to help me not to be worried about giving a presentation (at work)next Tuesday. I've had a fear of public speaking for years,Â but now have to face my fears.......and thinking about having to do it wasÂscary! I was looking for a way to stop beingÂ worried and God allowed me to find it thru you. I used your technique and when I finished, the scary feelings were gone. I couldn't believe it and said to myself, how did that happen!! So far, the scary feelings haven't returned, and hopefully they won't.......and because I have this peaceful feeling now, I believe I will do well in giving my presentation. I am very happy, cause this technique works completely. After doing the excercise about 12:00 oclock noon, in the nexthour I began felling in essence, and that makes me feel, pretty sure of myself, and with power. I can see myself in perfect soul. Also I began acting as If I had all the power in me for the good. This experience was very special, and never before I have not felt in such a way. I would like that this expirience can happen again to me. Is that possible???? I would like to buy it, but I have to wait until the credit card will be available credit.

I just wanted to say how much I value the Core Technique . I have meditated for years but this practice is the one I resonate and feel most comfortable with. Kevin, Had to write you a quick note although I could probably wax on ad nauseam about whatI just experienced. I just did the 20 min CEM (will start doing 40 minutestomorrow.. it's just so delicious! :-))followed by 15 minutes of LCUPCD. As I got up after finishing the CEM, (I dothe CEM lying down) I thought "I'm probably going to loose this feeling, this presence of body.. I wonder if it will carry over into my movements.." Well, as soon as I stood up and stood still my whole body was there, present, like one comfortable energy field. As I started to do the movements and moved my arms they felt so...I don't know how to decribe it.. just completely there.. present, flowing, in tune.. and this feeling was with me throughout the whole practice. As I was doing it I couldn't help but think about how I had to write to you and thank you for what appeared to me a simple tip, to follow my CEM with LCUPCD, but what in reality for me is a breakthrough, an awesome improvement of my experience of LCUPCD. What was interesting was that thinking about writing to you didn't interfere at all with the experience. I just continued right on with it loving every moment.. not worried that I was distracted and not present etc. 🙂 It felt like I imagined it should feel like when doing the movements..I was just totally present.. feeling it as "energy" it was effortless, fluid open.. just a joy. I'm going to be looking forward to doing this every day!!! Thank you Kevin. This is REALLY great.
Hi Kevin, Should mention that I have been meditating for over 30 years. My usual practice is to go into the stillness-the deeper states, as you call it. Lately I am using guided meditations as I need a little support as I navigate through a major shift in my life/consciousness. From September to till February I did not meditate, pray, read or any thing of that sort. I thought the guided meditations would be helpful for me to get connected to my Self again after a major tragedy. I have tried many different guided meditations and I can say that The Core Energy Meditation is at the top of the list. I have an extremely demanding schedule, and have been looking for something that consolidates many different practices/theories into one, and I think I have found it in yours. I do not currently have the time or budgetary resources to sign up for the support group, but maybe with lots of meditation practice, that will change. One thing at a time.
today I am writing to give you my personal feedback on the Core Energy Meditation over which I became acquainted with your work. I am finding the practice a wonderful support in re-aligning myself; after a long while of futile struggle to, I am now reliably finding space and time again for me to meditate following the core energy system, PLUS have also begun taking up my former spiritual practice in "realistically sustainable" --and thus joyful!-- ways, i.e., adapted to my otherwise very full life. At the moment, the Core Energy Practice is like my basic daily "dosis" of "what can I do for myself". I deeply appreciate its holistic approach with body, heart, mind, spirit all integrated - no matter how crazy a phase I may be in, I KNOW I have at least given each aspect of my being some attention every day, and that is forming this stable and very good foundation for expanding my practice as the INNER will and eagerness (not at all mind-led!) arises. I know the 20-minute practice will accompany me for a long time, and also look forward to the day I feel ready to go on, to the 40 minute practice, and eventually into a self-guided level. So, THANK YOU VERY MUCH INDEED for this wonderful tool!
I've tried your core energy technic yesterday and it worked well. I was stuck with resentment and after practicising 5times your technic, all resentments were gone. And when you ask "what is the most important right here, right now", it took me time to have the following answer "Be happy and in peace here". Just checking in. I am still having excellent results with the core meditation excercise. I would like to share with you how I use t and why I think it works for me. My initial desire was to find something that would stop my internal chatter before going to sleep at night. I have had chronic insomnia and sometimes sleep deprivation for many years but especially 2009 thru 2011. When I started practicing your Core Energy Meditation I found that if I do it before going to bed that it interrupts my internal chatter long enough that I can fall asleep afterwards. I had lost the ability to fall asleep about 3 yrs. ago from too many on goingstressers in my life. Even with medication I could not fall asleep without eventually increasing my dosage until it no longer served it’s purpose. The only thing I would recommend you add to the meditation is a grounding segment before hand. I came across some old notes of mine from Frank and Luke Chan my former Chi Gong instructors. They said if we (the students) feel nauseous after doing the exercises that it’s because we’re not grounded. So now I ground myself energetically before I do the meditation and I have had no more recurring nausea. I have noticed that I need to use the meditation 4 nights a week to hold the connection for falling asleep.I can now fall asleep on my own the other 3 nights. This is a huge change for which I am eternally grateful. I know you didn’t mean for this to be used specifically for aiding in slepp but my results have been so staggering that I hope you will try it out on some of your friends or students to see if it can help others. One more thing I am on medication still but feel I will be able to discontinue it over time. Also I can do the meditation, then read for 20-30 min. and still fall asleep. My insomnia is not cured but it is managed and stable for now. The additional sense of presence I have and feeling relaxed is icing on the cake. I also want to share with you a book I have been reading called The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. It has some wonderful exercises in it for meditating on.It would be nice to see the meditations getting out of the book and into people’s lives.I use a couple of them as well. As always I am grateful for your work.It has helped me tremendously with just the one exercise!

I hope you don't mind! 🙂 I've been using your 20 minute core energy meditation practice for around a 2 weeks, and must say that it is a very potent practice. Some days that I use it, outdoor plant life will have a fluorescent glow to it that I never noticed before. Also, as things come up and I notice, accept, and release them I notice an immediate deepening of the meditation experience. I've used other meditation programs in the past, and while I don't doubt their efficacy, they certainly didn't move my spiritual life forward as quickly as core energy seems to do. All the best, Nate
Hi Kevin, I just want to say thank you for the CEM! Though it's only been a week since I started using it I love it! I have done TM and other meditation somewhat regularly over the last couple of years but in recent months have been doing a daily "inner body meditation" per Eckhart Tolle as he describes it in The Power of Now and A New Earth (lying down that is because I'm unable to sit due to back "challenges") I find it to be the quickest and most satisfying way to meditate, to "feel my inner body"..., but your CEM now takes it to the next level. I can "feel" my whole abdomen/trunk area up to my head like I hadn't before. I love it! I expect with time I may actually be able to walk around and go through my day completely "in my body"! I would love that! There's more I can say about my experience with your CEM but I won't bore you with it...suffice it to say that it's a very positive experience overall and I'm very excited.

Before I started Core Energy Meditation, I hardly ever meditated. My barrier to happiness and success was stopping — getting going on a program yet not continuing. The meditations on your CDs have helped to extend my time before I “fall out” of a practice — and also, I get back into with less of a time lapse than before starting your programs. Where I am now is at the level of a semi-consistent novice.
I had a huge block in going forward due to fear and insecurity. Core Energy Meditation helped me face what was causing my fear and let it go so I could move forward and not be frozen. I must say, I get so much information from all my research on personal growth and your information is my favorite and the most successful, I always read your offers and mails and tend to ignore the others now.
I was already happy, but battling to find out what was wrong with my throat. Nothing showed up medically… In March I discovered and started the Core Energy Meditation. After 2 weeks, all my (10 years of) annoying menopausal symptoms happened to disappear! After 3 weeks I noticed my shoulder/neck was healed. I’d been having acupuncture, cortisol and lots of physio for this for 6 months with no success – and was taking a break from it all when I started the CEM. I’m so much calmer and even happier than before. This is wonderful! I believe that my throat (husky for 15 months now) will also heal using the CEM as it’s only been a month. I was plagued by constant mind chatter, most of it negative. This chatter insisted that happiness was not my fate. Daily practice with the Core Energy Meditation started to give me moments of serenity where I could think and re-assess and center. I now enjoy a calm exterior and lots of what I call “enjoy time” because little things don’t seem to bother me nearly as much as they used to. A noticeable, pleasant difference in my approach to life I am happy…..a lot!
Before using core energy meditation I was anxious, and my daily life was often out of control. My biggest barrier was a lack of focus and a sense of calm. Practicing core energy meditation gave me a centeredness that allowed me to make needed changes in my approach to life. I am now more calm, positive, and accepting of myself and of others.
Hi Kevin & Matt, I am so pleased to have found your website. It has been almost a month since I first downloaded your programme to raise your energy vibration. I have been logging in every week to download your insights. I have struggled for many years with low energy levels & health problems many of which are stress + posture related. During these years I have tried a number of meditation programmes as well as massage & other therapies to try to help myself. About a year ago I started exercising regularly (I try to do this every day) to try to improve my overall well-being & it has helped but I have a very stressful job & sometimes I find the stress hard to let go of. Your meditation seemed to help a lot as soon as I used it, but I wasn’t sure if that was just because it was new to me. The big thing I have found which has helped me the most though was your insight to do the meditation just after exercising. As I try to do the both every day anyway it made sense to try it – I cannot believe the difference it has made! The tightness in my muscles seems to be relaxing + allowing my posture to improve. My energy levels are still fluctuating at the moment-there are times when I feel low & I need to rest but mostly there has been improvement & there are times when I feel super! (Can’t remember the last time I felt that). So, thank you very much for all your work. I am enjoying your website & my practice very much. I am very grateful to you, as I’m sure are many others….

The last years i have done a lot of energy practices EFT, healing codes, breathing techniques, crystal therapy etc. All works great, but if i had to choose one i would choose the core energy technique and meditation. I have never felt so deeply relaxed grounded and in harmony with myself. From the first time i noticed changes, my skin and my hair become softer, the sun stop exhausting my eyes, the colors became brighter around me, my posture is different while i am walking! Truly an amazing experience! I am so glad i found out about you! I would be grateful forever!
I have practiced meditation for a few years now and recently started using the Core. Energy Meditation. This meditation has changed everything for me, it is easy to do and to fit into my day and it is having a profound effect on my daily life. I do the meditation in the morning and for the rest of the day I carry a feeling of peace and wellbeing with me. I also believe it has a powerful effect on releasing emotions and past issues. I have found this kind of qigong meditation to be the most powerful and integrating form of meditation and I can’t recommend it enough.
Eighteen years ago, after many years studying Eastern philosophies and Japanese martial arts, I learned a version of the Yang style short form. Since then I have learned and set aside more forms of qigong than I can remember, always looking for something more and always looking to simplify my training. I also remain vigilant about keeping at bay the cancer that paid me an unwelcome visit ten years ago. Alex Loyd’s Healing Codes became a part of that effort last Summer. Knowing that, however else Dr. Loyd describes his techniques, they are a form of qigong, I was intrigued to discover you among his recommendations. Since retirement is hard work and a very busy time, my plate is now full with the addition of Core Energy Meditation. Each day I practice two of Dr. Loyd’s techniques with the Tapping Solution, forms of standing qigong and bone marrow breathing.This is quite a plate, notwithstanding my martial forms, family and work on my next novel. I have learned and set aside both Transcendental Meditation and zazen, hoping for something more. I am a Christian. Core Energy Meditation is now the foundation for all my training and a vehicle to prepare my mind and body for Him who is always “what is truly important for me right here and now.”
Hi Kevin, I really cannot believe it , how could you make this wonderful program and made it contains everything about meditation , I was reading about QIGONG and I found a wonderful resource that gives a deep and precise instructions about meditation in general and about QIGONG especially and I read this paragraph (Energy circulates in our body along the channels. Like water along the hose. If the pressure is strong and there is much water (energy)and if the hose is flexible and light in weight (the body has learnt to relax) then similar to the water pressure jerking the hose from one side to another your energy will stir your arms and legs, all your body, clearing the debris and blocked up segments… When you let it go, just watching and being relaxed, you may achieve the basic State of Qigong – “pause”.) I really felt very excited and happy that I practice Core Energy Meditation , it is energy meditation and (Being aware of awareness itself )which is the “Pause” in QIGONG , I am deeply and profoundly grateful for you Kevin , you compressed many meditation techniques in just 40 minutes and made a whole and complete system Please continue your wonderful work dear soul brother
Hi Kevin, Just a note from a buyer of your POP and Qigong material. I have now done the qigong daily for almost 7 months. Have not even missed a day! I look forward to it every morning. As I told you before, I do about ½ hour of EFT, followed by the standing meditation and then one of the sitting meditations. Takes about an hour. I thoroughly enjoy this habit I have developed. The changes in me are very subtle, but noticeable particularly by me. I am much calmer, much more “centered” and aware of my reactions to other people and situations. I find this very interesting. I don’t react so viscerally but rather thoughtfully and after I have given my reaction some consideration. Reminds me of a favorite quote “there is a world of opportunity between stimulus and response.” So true. The part that has changed is the thought process after the stimulus! I also have been sleeping much better. I was always waking up 5-6 times a night (I am 69, so this is somewhat normal, I guess), but lately I have been sleeping hard all through the night. What a blessing that is!!! Also, my golf game is much better. I am so much more relaxed and so aware when there is tension in my body. I just release all the tension I sense, then swing. Hitting the ball better and more accurately than I have in years. There is one thing that I am being challenged about: during the standing meditation, I have trouble picturing and feeling the 3 lines coming into the lower dantian. I can feel the “steam” coming out my forearms and hands, but have trouble picturing the 3 lines coming together in the center. Any suggestions? I have learned a new skill with your course and I am grateful. I hope to continue this for the rest of my life. It is a great way to start the day. I have also learned that an occasional meditation in the late PM is relaxing and stress reducing. Fun! Hope all is well with you and yours, and thank you, Kevin!
