You can apply 80/20 Analysis to make you more effective in any area of your life by asking the following four questions:
1. What 20% of my actions/time spent is responsible for 80% of my good results, life enjoyment, and achieving what is most important to me?
2. How can I do more of that or do that even better?
3. What 20% of my actions/time spent is responsible for 80% of my frustration, unhappiness, and movement away from what is most important to me?
4. How could I completely eliminate (or do less of) that?
80/20 Analysis is a great tool for managing your energy and attention so that you realize your top priorities.
